- Noticed something PrePicked could do better? Tell us. Extension behavior, missing retailers, cart themes you want — we prioritize the ones users ask for loudest.
- § Bug reports
- If something broke, send the store, what you typed, and what you expected. We will investigate within one business day and reply with either a fix or a timeline.
- § Press & partnerships
- Writing about us, building with us, or interested in a retailer integration? Email the same inbox — the subject line "Press" or "Partnership" routes it to the right person faster.
- § Privacy & legal
- Data access, deletion, GDPR/CCPA requests, or anything touching the Terms or Privacy Notice — same inbox, subject "Privacy." We honor requests within 30 days, usually within two business days.
