§ I · Acceptance
Installing means agreeing.
By installing, opening, or otherwise using the PrePicked browser extension or visiting getprepicked.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PrePicked.
§ II · What PrePicked is
A free Chrome extension.
PrePicked is a free browser extension that builds themed grocery carts on participating retailer websites in a single tap. It does not require you to create an account. It does not charge you money.
We do not sell the groceries. Retailers do. PrePicked only selects items and adds them to your cart on your behalf, using your own retailer account and browser session.
§ III · Acceptable use
Use it like a person, not a bot.
When using PrePicked, you agree not to:
- Scrape our endpoints or automate the extension at scale beyond reasonable personal use.
- Abuse rate limits or intentionally attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer the extension for the purpose of circumventing retailer policies.
- Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes.
- Violate any retailer's own terms of service while using PrePicked.
We reserve the right to block or deny service to users who violate this section.
§ IV · User-submitted prompts
What you type into the extension.
When you ask PrePicked to build a cart, you submit a short text prompt (a theme, a budget, etc.). You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing.
You grant us a limited license to process your prompt for the purpose of generating the requested cart. We do not retain prompts after the cart is generated. See the Privacy Notice for details.
§ V · Intellectual property
Our brand is ours. Retailers' brands are theirs.
The PrePicked name, logo, code, design, editorial voice, and all associated materials are the property of PrePicked and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Retailer names, logos, and product information shown through the extension belong to their respective owners. We display them to help you identify items. No affiliation or endorsement is implied beyond what is explicitly disclosed.
§ VI · Disclaimer of warranties
Provided as-is.
PrePicked is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, that products will be available at the prices shown, or that retailer websites will continue to work with us.
Product availability, pricing, substitutions, and final checkout are controlled entirely by the retailer. Always review your cart before you check out.
§ VII · Limitation of liability
What we are not responsible for.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrePicked and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from incorrect or unavailable products.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
§ VIII · Affiliate relationships
How we stay free.
PrePicked participates in retailer affiliate programs. When you shop through the extension, we may earn a commission from the retailer — at no extra cost to you. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
§ IX · Changes
We may revise these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through the extension on next open. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
§ X · Governing law
Florida, United States.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
